story behind the heART: Just this.

Just this is a reminder that any given moment is actually 'just this'.  This is one of my 'just this' realizations. I washed the dinner dishes looking up toward the evening sky turning all my favorite colors of dusk, as a gentle breeze whispered through the backdoor brushing the nape of my neck, one child playing music on his record player, while from the other room the sounds of guitar practice emerged, the third child's pencil scratching on his math homework page from the table behind me.  Just this.  Not all the loud, competing, stressful, scary, overwhelming, worrisome stuff.  Just this.
