Love notes strengthen bonds in work teams.

I recently visited Making Space in Ashton, England for a day long workshop on compassion in the workplace.I'm completely inspired by the twitter updates from Making Space offices (there are over 1,000 employees across northern England) where love notes are being used to strengthen community at work.
